Shipping & Returns
We will process all orders within 2-5 working days. if you have not heard from us after 3 days please make contact as there may have been a technical problem beyond our control and we would be very disappointed if we missed a special occasion.
The delivery charge is calculated at checkout so you can see how much your delivery will be before starting the payment procedure.
We use Royal Mail delivery for most of our UK, Europe and Rest of World orders however we sometimes may use a courier service and if we are aware of industry action we will locate alternative delivery options.
Please be advised if your order is to be delivered to CANADA you may be required to pay an additional tax covering the import duties upon the delivery (COD), apologies this is out of our control.
Please ensure you double check your delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for items not arriving due to incomplete/incorrect postal addresses.
Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund or exchange the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order.
Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s). Please email us for details before doing so.
